The AFE Group was created by merging small companies operating in very specific market niches. It is still very decentralized giving flexibility and versatility for better service to our customers. The CEDEP AFE specific program has decisively contributed to the creation of a common culture and to the integration of human factors in performance improvements. The deepening of the financial understanding has also largely contributed to the Working Capital reduction needed in an LBO structure.
Finally, CEDEP, thanks to the exceptional quality of the professors, the programs and the   environment, has been a key factor in our global success.

Becoming a Member

Membership is not exclusive and there is no membership fee, simply a minimum flexible commitment to enrolment on programmes. Admission to the consortium is however, co-opted by existing members.

Members have a 2-3 year revolving commitment, to send a minimum number of participants to CEDEP open enrollment Programmes.

Current members have been with CEDEP for an average of 15 years, and a third of the companies have been members for over 25 years, reflecting strong belief in the sustainable value of being a CEDEP member.
