On Friday 16 June we held our biggest Annual Alumni Reunion yet in Fontainebleau with 130 guests. It was a truly magical day with the amazing Jay Shetty flying in from New York to talk to our Alumni about the Millennial Mind and our only female Academic Committee member, Nadya Zhexembayeva, leading a presentation on Leadership and Reinvention. We offered yoga and mindfulness sessions at lunchtime in the sunshine and in the afternoon, everyone got the chance to test their creative skills in groups by taking the morning’s learnings and designing colourful fresques with the Meeting Arts Concept team. Live jazz music, an art exhibition (led by our favourite artist, Veronique Daniel) and a barbecue dinner rounded off this unforgettable day.

On Tuesday 30 May, CEDEP ran its second Alumni reunion in Krakow, Poland. Alumni enjoyed a joint session with MBE participants with Professor Michael Shiel on Leading in Turbulent Times before networking with our current group. Then the Alumni enjoyed dinner in a traditional Polish restaurant to discuss current affairs and challenges. Thank you to everyone who participated – another successful event!
CEDEP is delighted to announce the arrival of the first BOOC (an innovative mix of a MOOC and a book), designed by four of our close collaborators, François Dupuy, Christophe Gillet, Philippe Silberzahn and Beatrice Rousset.
This first edition focusing on Lost in Management is now available in the Boocstore. The BOOC includes a user manual, videos and testimonials on different topics such as Power & Hierarchy, Collaboration, Empowerment, Transformation, Trust and Procedures & Rules.
If you are interested in using this in your programmes, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
A Design Day Record was broken this year! 46 participants! As you can see from the video and photos, it was an extremely rich day of conversation and sharing which led to new programme content and ideas, as well as new networks and friendships. CEDEP will evolve these concepts for future learnings and share the outcomes.
Join us next year for this unique day of innovative brainstorming and fun!

At CEDEP, we believe in celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievement of women, as well as gender equality.
International Women’s Day has been observed since the early 1900s and all governments, NGOs, charities, organisations, academic institutes, networks and media hubs are responsible for the agenda for the day.
There is a significant change and shift in attitude in both the way women and society see women’s equality today. Great improvements have been made – some women believe that all the battles have been won, others believe the situation is still complex today.
Each day the world inspires women further and celebrates their ongoing achievements – in some countries, International Women’s Day is an official holiday. The tradition of International Women’s Day sees women being honoured in different ways and CEDEP believes that as the IWD say, we should all do our bit ‘to ensure that the future for girls is bright, equal, safe and rewarding.’
CEDEP is currently running workshops to develop a Women’s Leadership Programme. Please contact us if you would like more information.
