CEDEP experience / Campus experience

The CEDEP Campus Learning Journey

In-person wherever you are in the world

Our campus is located in the Fontainebleau forest outside of Paris and we share a campus with INSEAD.

Our environment is designed exclusively to encourage inspired learning and self-reflection in the serene vast forest surroundings that provide a setting for participants to thrive. This private retreat in nature allows a real disconnect from the day to day office work to refocus, network with peers and brainstorm. Participants feel invigorated, energized, and engaged each day by the “smell of the place” context in which the CEDEP experience provides for leadership development.

In our ever-changing world, the CEDEP campus creates a safe place for preparing participants for navigating through uncertainties and developing the necessary agility to lead purpose-driven and sustainable organisations.

Our unique architecture creates a large variety of original education spaces that are adapted for each programme and are often informal, original and unexpected for distinctive hands-on approaches to learning.

Upon your arrival on campus, you will be given a welcome booklet.

Learning Spaces

Unlike many renowned business schools centred in large urban campuses amongst tall buildings, the CEDEP campus consists of inspirational learning areas around every corner of the formal education spaces.

CEDEP offers a variety of flat rooms, amphitheatres and break-out rooms, each with full AV equipment.

The distinctive design of the buildings and forest location creates unlimited spaces for networking with spontaneous discussions with other participants, outdoor meetings as well as quiet times for reflection.

The CEDEP Dome

The dome is an impressive structure creating an exceptional experience of working outside/inside. It offers a flexible space which can be used to host all types of events, including traditional conferences, workshops, cocktail events and dinners. It has the same high-quality IT facilities as our other spaces.

Residential Campus: Hotel, bars and restaurant

The campus includes a hotel with 126 bedrooms and a free underground car park. It is also fully equipped with a gym, sauna and jacuzzi to unwind after a tough day of learning.

Our restaurant is run by a team of chefs who prepare both a buffet and choice of set menus. There are also two bars offering coffees, teas or fruit juices for learning during the day and a relaxing social venue in the evening.

CEDEP Campus Accessibility

We take great pride in continuously striving to minimise the environmental impact of our operations wherever possible and providing an accessible campus for all.

Our premises and buildings are classified ERP for people with reduced mobility and visual impairments. All areas are wheelchair accessible. Footbridges and lifts provide access from one building or floor to another. Classrooms have designated areas and the hotel provides three accessible rooms.

All participants with reduced mobility are accompanied and monitored throughout their programme.

In general, when we receive a person with a disability on our premises, we obtain details from our client on the nature of the disability and the ways we could make their stay in the center as comfortable as possible. We then inform the client of the measures that we will implement.

In all cases, a member of our staff is designated as the trainee’s contact for any request he or she may have. This contact greets the trainee on arrival, introduces themself and offers their help for any request. He or she makes regular check-ins with the trainee throughout the training course to ensure the smooth running of his or her stay at the training center.
