NICK OBOLENSKY

Nick Obolensky is a global thought leader in the field of organisational leadership development.  His speciality is improving organisational-wide leadership capability, innovation and enabling effective strategy and change.

An inspirational and engaging executive educator, he specialises in widening and deepening leadership understanding and leading in VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) times, applying complexity science to leadership. His background is in leadership, strategy and change management.

His role as an educator, brings his breadth and depth of experience of being a practitioner, consultant, academic, and author. He has worked in change management and leadership development in over 40 countries.

His academic experience includes: Fellow and Programme Director at London Business School’s Centre for Management Development; Associate Professor of Leadership at Nyenrode in the Netherlands (Professor of the Year MBA 2002 and 2003); Visiting Professor of Leadership at INSEAD in France; and Founder Fellow of the University of Exeter’s Centre for Leadership Studies in the UK.
