Nick van Dam Ph.D.

Dr. van Dam is an internationally recognized thought leader, advisor, researcher, facilitator, and best-selling (co-) author of more than 27 books on Leadership Development, Corporate Learning and Human Resources Management. Nick has over 25+ years of international business experience as a former Partner, Global Chief Learning Officer, HR-Executive, and Client Advisor at McKinsey & Company as well as at Deloitte.

He is a Professor at IE Business School, Nyenrode Business University, and the University of Pennsylvania, where he works with candidates in an executive doctoral program. And he is an external senior advisor and faculty member at McKinsey & Company. Nick is the Academic Director of different programs including: ‘Global Master Program L&D Leadership’ and ‘HR Leadership – New Paradigms’. He has been the Academic Director of the IE Business School, Executive Master in Positive Leadership, Strategy and Transformation.
