PHILIPPE SILBERZAHN

ENTREPRENEURSHIP & MENTAL MODELS

Philippe Silberzahn is a recognised expert in innovation, entrepreneurship and corporate transformation. His work focuses on how organisations manage situations of radical uncertainty, from a managerial and entrepreneurial perspective.

Philippe is Professor at EM Lyon Business School.  He’s also  a consultant, keynote speaker and management educator. He works with large, multinational companies confronted with disruptions in their markets.

He is the author of numerous articles and several books on entrepreneurship, innovation, and strategy, including Effectuation: The Principles of Entrepreneurship for All, published by Pearson in 2014, which received the prize for best management book awarded by the SFM and Consult’In France (formerly Synthec), and Relevez le défi de l’innovation de rupture, also published by Pearson in 2015. His latest book, co-written with Béarice Rousset, Stratégie modèle mental: cracking the code of organizations to put them back in motion, is devoted to organisational transformation.
