CEDEP is delighted to share its last Content Lab report on ”New Ways of Working: Reality Check” assessing the way organisations have reacted during the COVID-19 pandemic from both sociological and practical perspectives.
Based on in-depth conversations led by sociologist François Dupuy and Sébastien Olléon, both CEDEP’s faculty with senior industry leaders, the report examines the challenges of rolling out remote working successfully, how to best support line managers within constantly shifting parameters and how we need to prepare for a longer adaptive journey than anticipated.
