The program helped me to reflect outside the thinking / mental model which I developed during my career path and working in the same organization over the years.

Before the programme, I avoided regularly surprises. I’ve learned looking at this from a different angle. Surprises can help me with improving the work efficiency and strategical direction of my team. Reviewing regularly the mental model helped to be open for surprises and deal with this efficiently. It facilitated to manage the massive Covid-19 challenge for the supply chain and preparation for Brexit
